My tracking says it was delivered, but i haven’t received anything. Can you give me a refund?

Unfortunately we do not give refunds on delivered packages. You would need to followup with any roommates, members of your family, and the post office that delivers your mail.

Do your earrings fit women?

Yes, however the fit may be tight.

Are the earrings hypo-allergenic?

We make no claims any of our earrings are hypoallergenic.

Our earrings are 10k Gold, which means other metals such as copper, zinc, silver or nickel may be in the mix. We believe its a better choice than a 14k Gold or a higher karat for a lower price for our customers.

I put the wrong address when I made my purchase from you, and the earrings were delivered to the wrong address. Can you give me a refund?

Sorry, but no. You would have needed to let us know before we shipped out. Contact your local post office.

My package should have arrived, but still hasn’t. Are you able to have it delivered faster?

We have no control over USPS. Sometimes the holiday season along with severe weather conditions may delay the delivery. Please give it time.

I bought your earrings about 8 months ago, and lost one of the earrings. It must have been a faulty screw back because I screwed it on tight. I believe I am owed a free replacement.

Sorry about the lost earring. However, we do not replace lost earrings for free. We provide no guarantee that the screw back will never fall out. We recommend that you check your child's earrings daily to insure they’re screwed in as children tend to be very active.

I see that you guys are located in Austin,TX. Can we meet somewhere in person to save on shipping?

Its always nice to get orders from fellow Austinites! Unfortunately, we do all transactions thru Etsy. The only time we don’t is when we're at events. Keep an eye out on our website for upcoming events we'll be attending. In the mean time keep it weird ;).

I bought 10k Gold earrings from you about a year ago and now they are turning a black color. Whats going on?

The earrings are 10k Gold, which means other alloys such as Copper, Zinc, Silver or Nickel may be in the mix which darken. Sometimes certain soaps, lotions, and everyday grime may speed the darkening.

Higher karats of gold such as 24k don’t darken as they are pure gold. We try to avoid selling the higher karats as they will be much more expensive for both us and you.

Earrings in the higher karat gold may cost you triple for what we sell our 10k for a similar product.

I bought screw backs from you and they don’t fit the earrings I have.

We have NO RECORD of you ever purchasing earrings from us. The screw backs we sell will ONLY FIT the earrings WE SELL as stated in the description of the screw backs listing.

Do I get a free pair of screw backs with my order?

Sorry, but you would have to purchase the screw backs.
